We’re working with our Pet Health Plan administrators, Vetsure, to deliver preventative treatments and benefits for dogs and cats, all at discounted prices that are collected in an easy monthly direct debit.

** When you sign up to a Pet Health Plan, your pet’s first visit to us whether for a puppy or kitten vaccination or an adult dog or cat coming to us for the first time, a full health check is performed for which there is a charge of £56. Any vaccinations done at this visit are included in this price. All follow up vaccination visits are covered on the plan.

Please note that our Pet Health Plan is NOT a pet insurance product.
Pet insurance is aimed at providing cover for the treatment of unforeseen accidents or illnesses and does not typically cover preventative healthcare costs.
There is also the option of Vetsure Direct, a Home Delivery service of your flea/worming product. There is an additional £2 charge per month for the home delivery service, please see prices below. PLEASE NOTE – You will not be able to subscribe to home delivery for puppies or kittens. We will be happy to update the plan once they have reached adult body weight or are at least 9 months of age.

If you sign up online, Vetsure will collect your first payment within 14 days. Here are some important points to note:
- The Pet Care Plan is a minimum 12 month membership plan. It is designed to spread the cost of preventative healthcare; it is not an insurance policy.
- If you cancel the plan before the end of the 12 months you may be liable to pay for benefits you have had on the plan over and above the direct debit payments you made.
- If after initially taking out the plan you change your mind and wish to cancel the plan, you have 14 days from the date your direct debit is set up to do so. You will need to pay the Practice the full non discounted value of any treatments you have received prior to cancellation of the plan.
- An additional £5 one off membership fee is taken with your first direct debit payment.
