about our veterinary practice Fareham, Hampshire, PO BY

Fareham Creek Vets became the first veterinary practice to open in the Fareham area when it was established in the late 1940s. We are located on East Street, close to Fareham town centre. The practice is independent and privately owned, not part of a corporate chain or group of practices and is one of the few remaining independent practices in the Fareham Borough.

All the staff at the practice are committed to providing a friendly, caring and professional service to our clients and their pets. We have separate cat and dog hospital wards along with designated cat and dog waiting areas in reception. You have a choice of five vets to see, all of whom you can trust to do right by you and your pet. You can ask to see the same vet each time you visit if you wish.

We are an accredited General Practice under the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS) Practice Standards Scheme. As well, we are an RCVS registered Nurse Training Practice which enables us to train students to vet nurse qualification. The practice is proud to have enabled many students achieve their dream of becoming Registered Veterinary Nurses.

Consultations are by appointment with a range of consulting hours throughout the day. The practice provides a service 24 hours a day; 7 days a week. We are here 24/7 to help answer any questions or concerns you might have about any aspect of the health and well-being of your pet.

We are always happy to welcome new clients to the surgery. If you are new to the area and are looking for a vet, please telephone the practice during our opening hours and we will register you and your pets over the phone. Alternatively, you can register online by clicking here
